How It Works

If you've experienced a loss, or are planning in advance, we are here for you each step of the way. Making arrangements can be overwhelming and having the right information can make things easier. It is our mission to serve families in their time of need and welcome any questions you have.

ARRANGEMENT 

Make arrangements online. Arrangements can be made at the time of a loved ones passing. We also provide a  preplanning option. 

COLLECT AND CARE

If a death has occurred, please call 309-643-6526 to notify Illini Cremation.

Our team will then bring your loved one into our care once the online arrangements have been completed.

REGISTRATION

We take the personal information about your loved one and create and submit  documentation to the proper government entities on your behalf.

CREMATION

We complete the cremation process at our crematory. We do not use a third party crematory which means your loved one never leaves our care.

COMPLETION

Upon completion of the cremation process, we provide you with your loved ones cremated remains and death certificates, via pick up form our facility, delivery to your home or USPS priority mail.
