Andrew T. Boone

Andrew Theodore Boone, 81 of Peoria, IL, passed peacefully at 8:55pm on August 28, 2022, at Richard Owens Hospice Home OSF in Peoria. Born on December 22, 1940, in Peoria to the late Charles and Beatrice (Trumbo) Boone, he married Judith Maree Logan on October 14, 1962, in Rock Island, IL. Andrew retired from Caterpillar, Inc., in 1999, with 30 years of service. Andrew was preceded in death by his parents and son, Craig Nolan Boone; sisters, Iva Jean McPike, Betty Stewart and Joan Allen and brothers, Charles, Robert “Bobby” and Ronald Boone. Andrew is survived by his wife, Judith; his son, Bryan Andrew Boone and daughter Andrea Donne Boone-Taylor; nine grandchildren, Tiffany Morgan, Ryan Andrew and Brandon Nolan Boone, Adrianne Elise Streitmatter, Myles Cameron (Amanda), Nolan Shelby and Delaney Alise-Maree Taylor, Devin Tyce and Brylie Rayne Detra and five great grandchildren; Jordan-Boone-Knapp, Ethan Edward Bragg, Logan Andrew Albert, Morgan Annabelle, Ariah Emily and Oliver Nolan Boone and a host of nieces and nephews; his daughter-in-law Laura Boone and special friends Will J. Vance, Sharon Anderson and Mary Bracy. Cremation rights have been accorded. No services will be held.
