Bertie Faye Kingsley

Bertie Faye Kingsley, 87, of Peoria Illinois, died on July 29, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 7, 1934 in Wind Cave Kentucky to the late Charles and Nellie (Freeman) Lakes. She worked in janitorial services for years and at the Peoria Police station. She loved working in her yard and tending her flowers. She had 2 little dogs that she loved very much!
Bertie is survived by her four children Willard Bullock Jr. of Peoria IL, Timothy and Shelly Stephens of Utica NY, Karen Davis of Peoria IL, Gary and Lisa Stephens of Terre Haute IN; 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services at this time. illinicremation.com is assisting the family.
