James Stevan Hafley

James Stevan "Jimmy" Hafley, 53, of Normal Illinois, died on January 19,2024 at OSF St Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois. Born on November 17, 1970 to the late Thomas and Patricia (Wheeler) Hafley, Jimmy worked as a landscaper and hardscaper for most of his life; Jimmy loved spending time with his dog, cooking out and drinking beer. Jimmy was charismatic and loyal to his friends and loved ones, people enjoyed being around him.

 Jimmy is survived by significant other Christi Henning and her son Michael Henning; brother Thomas (Janie) Hafley; two sisters Janie (Brian) Mills and Stephanie Hafley; and multiple nieces and nephews. Jimmy, who was always quick with a joke, will be deeply missed and never forgotten. Cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services at this time.
