Robert Louis Stevenson

Robert Louis “Lou” Stevenson, 78, of Peoria Illinois, died on March 30, 2023 at his residence. Robert was born on December 1, 1944 in the Borough of Manhattan in New York City to the late John and Cora (Hunter) Stevenson. He served his country in the Army and was known about Peoria for his entrepreneurial talents.
Robert, or Lou, as he was known, loved listening to music, old jazz was his favorite. John Coltrane was very influential in his musical life.
Lou is survived by his son, Kirk, stepdaughter Natasha and many cousins, nieces, and nephews that he adored.
Cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services at this time. Cards can be sent from and condolences left at illinicremation.com.
